with fantastic views from living-room and the two ocean side
bedrooms. This smaller unit (1200 Square feet) is condo like, and
nicely decorated with a full kitchen, 3 color TVs, fireplace, and
washer, dryer. First level contains small living-room, kitchen and
dining combination. bath and one bedroom. Upstairs, three bedrooms
and the second bath. Walk right out to the longest stretch of
Beach in Santa Cruz County. Monterey Aquarium, Pebble Beach,
Carmel by the Sea, just a short 35 minute drive. Santa Cruz Beach
Boardwalk, Capitola by the Sea just a 10 minute drive.
