Please note that reservations longer that 29 days creates a tenancy that is governed by the Calif. Dept of Real Estate for the protection of tenants and landlords.   With that the following additional terms will be required of all tenants. 

1. will need to pay a security deposit of at least equal to one months
rent.
2. will need to fill out an application for a credit check.
3. will be responsible for reimbursement of existing utility charges.
4. will need to sign a long term residential lease agreement.
