lovely 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home is actually 2 separate houses
divided by an enclosed courtyard. Back house (over the garage) has 4
bedrooms 2 bathrooms and family room. Front house is one level,
white tiled floor and nice furniture. The master bedroom has its own
bathroom, color TV, view of the ocean and access to the beach. Walk
out to large deck right over the sand and step down to the
semi-private beach which is adjacent to one of the longest stretches
of beaches (ten miles) in the Tri-County area. HOT TUB, you bet!
Right on the deck over looking the Monterey bay. Over size Hot tub
seats up to eight people. Sip champagne, enjoy the sunsets, and the
good life. Monterey aquarium, Pebble beach, Carmel by the Sea are
only 35 minutes drive away.
